Diet is the best place to start. Raw food is excellent and is probably not causing the problem. The dry food, however, could be contributing, even tho it's a good one. Some dogs simply cannot digest dry dog food of any kind. I would replace the dry food with either brown rice or a rice/lentil mixture...
